Return Policy

At Seraphic Desire, we are committed to providing our customers with an optimal sleep experience. However, should the insert not quite meet your expectations, we offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that it may take time to find the ideal insert. Therefore, we encourage our customers to adjust the insert properly and continue using it, even if it does not immediately provide the desired results. Properly adjusting the pillow to your sleeping position and preferences can make all the difference in comfort and support.

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted and you will lose your right to a refund.

  1. Deadline: You can return the product within 100 days of receipt. Unfortunately, if the 100-day period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Condition: The product must be in the same condition as it was received, unused (except for test products) and in its original packaging. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  3. Exclusions: If the products are in an unacceptable condition, the return process cannot be initiated.
  4. Initiate the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@kompreva.fr stating the order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage if applicable, and your contact details. We only have a return address in China, so returns to any other address are not possible and insufficient for a refund. Returns without prior notification will be considered invalid.
  5. Returns at your own risk: Please note that you return the products at your own risk. The company is not responsible for packages that are lost during the return process or are held by customs.
  6. Tracking and traceability: Your return shipment must be provided with a track and trace code, which is communicated to us. This allows us to determine exactly when your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, after which we will immediately proceed with the refund. Without a tracking code, we cannot track the shipment and the right to a refund will lapse because we cannot confirm that we have received the order.

Refund:

Procedure: As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the original credit card or payment method within 30 days.

Late or missing refund: If you have not received the refund after 30 days, please check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@seraphicdesire.com.

Costs:

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are at the expense of all customers. It is recommended that you provide a tracking number for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. The product must be returned to China. Return shipping costs start at 20 euros and are at the customer's expense.

Exceptions:

Defective products: If you have received a defective product, we will always send you a new product free of charge.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after placement due to our automated system.
