Cancelling an order
Once the order has been placed, you have one hour to decide whether you want to cancel it. After that, our automated systems immediately prepare the order for shipment. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to cancel an order that has been placed after 1 hour. If you have any doubts about the product you have received, we offer you a hassle-free returns process. You have the right to return your order and receive a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. There is no minimum order value.
